
SHIPPING POLICY
Barkavenuek9.com makes every effort to ship products as soon as possible. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, sent directly from our suppliers, oversized, or special order items will take longer to process. Customers will be notified if an order will take additional time to ship.
All orders must be placed with a physical address for shipping, as we use USPS & UPS as our preferred shipping methods. Orders are packaged for shipping from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
We will happily deliver to any international destination. An additional $25 international shipping fee will be applied to all packages with a shipping destination outside of the United States. If any other shipping charges need to be added, we will contact you after your order is placed. This will depend on the merchandise ordered. Larger items such as beds may have an additional shipping charge. International Shipments may take additional time for delivery.
We thank you for your patience. Free Shipping over $75.00 does not apply to international destinations.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges.
When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within two hours of placing the order. Cancellations must be made by telephone and not via e-mail. If you call to cancel the order outside of our normal business hours, please leave a voice mail message with your cancellation request (including your name and the items ordered), and we will process your cancellation at the beginning of the following business day. Cancellations received later than two hours after order placement may need to be handled as a return if the item has already been shipped.
Should you refuse receipt of an item when delivered and that item was shipped free of charge, credit will be issued for the item, minus actual shipping charges.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

908-382-6545 to receive a return merchandise authorization number. Then send the merchandise properly and safely packed via UPS, Federal Express, Priority or Express Mail to:

REFUNDS
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and items must be in new/unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s defects.
EXCHANGES
Please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
No returns or exchanges on Sale(Bark Bargins), Personalized, Discontinued, or Final Stock items. Heavy, oversized items may be charged additional restocking fees.
SIZING
Knowing the size of your K9 is important. Please understand that we carry many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest you measure your K9 carefully and follow the guideline below. If you have additional questions about sizing, please contact
customerservice@barkavenuek9.com before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you.
Determining the appropriate size for your pet is based on how your animal is built. Each breed has
particular characteristics that will influence the appropriate size.
Please read all product descriptions carefully. All collars, harnesses, and pet apparel are sized in
inches.
For collar sizing, measure loosely around your pet’s neck. If you are measuring your existing
collar, measure end-to-end on quick release collars, and measure from the buckle-to-the-hole
you use on collars with traditional buckle hardware.
For harness sizing, in addition to measuring around the neck, we suggest you measure around the
body.
For apparel sizing, measure from the base of the neck where the collar sits to the base of the tail.
IF YOUR MEASUREMENT IS AT OR NEAR THE MAXIMUM MEASUREMENT IN THAT SIZE, we recommend you round up
to the next size. Take into consideration how your pet is built. A broad chest, wide underside, or
thick coat will affect your size choice.
SALES TAX
Sales tax (7%) will be charged to all shipments made to a New Jersey address.
PRIVACY
